I am officially back in Edmonton and after too long, back on the blog. I took a break from it after a few months in Copenhagen to just enjoy where I was and the people I was with. Blogging takes a ton of time and effort, and with my constant travels and new experiences it just got too much for me to continue doing both. But, that being said, I’m back and ready to get back into blogging!
I have been trying to bring some of my winter pieces into my summer wardrobe. With my new and improved love for minimizing, I’m trying to be more conscious about buying items that are versatile. I’ve had this vest for many years; you can find it on the blog here and here. I love the versatility of vests; they can go from winter to spring to summer so easily with just changing what you wear underneath.
I’m back again with my Cult Gaia bag which is a huge it piece right now and has been in the blogging work for a while. I saw it and knew I needed it, even though some of my family and friends thought it was a slightly impractical purchase. To be honest, at first I thought it was as well. It sat in my closet for a while before I finally pulled it out for this look and its been out multiple times day to day and twice more on the blog here and here.
Although I try and stay away from wearing too much black in the summer, a good black and white look is perfect for a chillier day in the city. Copenhagen is the land of neutrals and perfect outfits. It really made me up my style game while I was there, and since I’ve gotten back as well!
